We came to Prescott for Thanksgiving. Found a place for us and our pups. Clean comfortable and quiet. We sit above the the crazy traffic here with a view so spectacular that it takes my breath away. We will come again. This IS The Place To Stay in Prescott Valley, AZ

Have been going there monthly for over 4 years. My wife is partially disabled and the front desk always reserves the same room for us. We're on a first-name basis with everyone there and the service has been exceptional. Really like the breakfast when they serve the bacon but the sausage is just okay. Whenever we've had any type of special request they have been most accommodating to us

Very nice place, comfortable bed, clean and pet friendly. We enjoyed it very much. Give it a try, you won't be disappointed.

Best deal going for the area if you want good basic accommodations and a nice clean facility. The staff is friendly and helpful. Good location for Prescott Valley.

Clean and not outdated like many affordable hotels. The room was smaller than most hotels but again, it was clean and the lack of space really isn't an issue. The continental breakfast is a bit basic lacking some options however can't really complain about free breakfast.

Wonderful hotel. Very friendly staff and clean. Their blueberry waffles are awesome. They always have fresh lemon water too, which is great because I'm always thirsty at night. We also love the music that they play in the foyer. Great place!

We prefer this place because its not near the highway. We booked our stay here twice. We make the reservations in advance, online. The rooms at the upper floors were clean, we got up for breakfast close to 8 am and my kids liked what they got, like eggs, sausage and biscuits I guess the food just come out from the kitchen. (refill). We will come back.

Very clean which is great. Breakfast was complete and very good. Room was nicely decorated. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Hotel gym wasn't great but does have a treadmill. Don't expect to get in much strength training

Great front desk staff. Friendly staff. Large selection of continental breakfast. Coffee is always hot and ready. My daughter loved the swimming pool and hot tub. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable.

Rooms were small but perfect for a business guest, wifi was surprisingly good for a Hilton hotel, free WiFi was still able to game stream and voice chat. Breakfast was good but no fridge or microwave limited some of my food and beverage options. Overall great but 164 a night was way over priced during the weekday . If it we're between 70 to 80 a night I might stay here on personal trips.

Our room was spacious and comfortable. The seating area was cozy and the bed was very nice. I did wish that there was a ice machine on our floor, but it worked out fine. Breakfast was fresh, hot and tasty. Just enough of a selection to be satisfying. Everyone was pleasant and helpful.

I just went for the breakfast. It was pretty good, but the eggs seemed like they were just sitting in some water, maybe from the steam pan. It was free, so I guess I cannot complain too much.

I will be definitely coming back here again. The customer service here is top notch. It was late and needed a place to crash. They answered the phone on the first ring. Got me a room fast as I did not want to risk driving late at night when I got tired. This place has free breakfast in the morning and they have all the extras you could need if you forget anything like comb or toothbrush etc.

Affordable choice if all you need is a place to sleep. They seemed to be in the process of a much needed remodel, but I don't think they'd gotten to the room I was in because the bathroom was aged and grungy. Elsewhere things felt clean and maintained, if not a bit spartan.

Regardless of the reviews on the hotels website, I had a good 3 day stay. Problem with a/c in first room they gave me, they were quick to relocate me to a better room. Room was sizeable, bathroom adequate. Close to a lot of places to eat. This is a good place to sleep and shower. Nice staff, nice stay

Room was very clean, there were a few stains on the couch but not in a gross way. Air conditioner works great! Absolutely LOVE that they provide Neutrogena products in the bathroom. Haven't slept in the bed yet but it looks heavenly... Gals at the front desk were so nice and helpful. They helped make my not so great birthday weekend a little brighter :)

This is a hotel that lives up to the high standards expected from a Hampton Inn. Our queen suite was spacious and clean and quiet. Showers were hot with good pressure. The staff was friendly and breakfast was plentiful with various hot items, fruit, waffles with different sauces, and many other options. We come to this area to visit our daughter at ERAU and have been to several Prescott hotels. This location is more convenient to Embry-Riddle than any Prescott hotel and has always shown high standards. We have been here several times and will return as it is now our preferred hotel.

The rooms are clean, the staff has been very pleasant, and helpful . I only wish there was an elevator .

Decent budget hotel at the beginning of Prescott Valley sorta tucked away behind a strip mall. Rooms are nicer than one might imagine, although it wasn't cleaned that well. Loud mini fridge, functional bathroom, and small but better than nothing free breakfast.

Staff is great, hotel inside and outside nice clean, newer. Walking distance to lots of eateries, mall and theater. Pool and jacuzzi clean, nice. Outdoor areas to sit and take in the view. Stay on 3rd and 4th floors to get best view. Breakfast is hot and fresh but routine. This our second stay and we will be back.

Great price! Not the fanciest place, but comfortable beds and nice people working there.

I really enjoyed my stay at this property. The staff at the front were fun, friendly, and genuine. The breakfast was actually good and they had a nice variety of options. I was able to park with no problems and used the free wifi with no issues. My room was clean, the entryway was welcoming, and check-in/out was fast. Though I was in a room facing the highway, it didn't keep me awake. Everything was great!

Definitely awesome for the price! The indoor pool and hot tub is the best part for sure! They have all the premium channels on the TV as well!

Stayed overnight while visiting family. The staff was friendly, but not terribly aware of activity in the lobby off peak time. The room was clean, functional, and the bed was a solid B+. Overall pleasant.

Excellent. Staff very friendly. Rooms clean. Only negative was having to listen to Fox News during breakfast every morning.

Called to inquire service, Lucy was pleasant, gave me everything I needed to make my decision. I called back after doing more research and seeing how Prescott area treats new residence. Lucy, thank you for your fantastic customer service and setting up for a pick up was a breeze.... These guys deserve 5+ stars!!!

This is my favorite place to stay while in Prescott Valley. It's no Marriott, but it's a very cute, quiet place. I've never had a bad experience; whether it be customer service or cleanliness. The front desk is always very polite and friendly. The rooms are always very clean and maintained. The rooms have up to date tvs, microwaves, and fridges for a comfortable stay. The hotel also has a pool and spa area so you' can relax and enjoy your stay.

One of the VERY BEST Hampton Inn hotels we've been to. Very clean, upbeat, with great staff.

I've stayed here several times in recent years. The accommodations are decent but starting to feel dated. The included breakfast can be hit and miss. One day during my stay, the oatmeal was worse than wallpaper paste but on other days from passable to good. The fresh fruit is not the freshest but there can be some pleasant surprised. One day I went for a hard boiled egg and it was partially frozen. The staff is always friendly. There is plenty of parking and it is a good central location. The complimentary WiFi is well, complimentary. In other words, not very good. One day we paid the $4.95 for premium and that is actually quite usable. In summary, this is a decent location and if you get rates under $100/night, it's worthwhile. At over $100/night, the value proposition is drastically poorer for me.

This Hampton Inn hits the high standards expected from the name. The rooms are clean, breakfast hot and plentiful, the staff is friendly, and all the extras are there. We were there to visit our daughter at Embry-Riddle and we found the Prescott Valley location convenient and a nicer drive than from hotels in Prescott. We will return.

Nice hotel. Friendly staff. Nice breakfast area. Clean and modern rooms. It just need a deeper cleanning as we found some crumbs around the night stand.

This is a super nice hotel. The rooms were extra large. With a pull out couch and setting chair. The staff were extremely friendly. The Breakfast bar was above average. I will Definitely be looking forward to staying here again in the future .

We had a good stay... staff was nice... pool was great kids enjoyed it... breakfast was ok but what do you expect for free... waffles were good.

Booked a room last minute after having an issue at another hotel with bed bugs. Overall the room was decent, clean, and no bed bugs, and tissue towels everything smelled like bleach. A bit out dated but quite, loved the staff they made us feel welcomed, the breakfast area was small but had good choices and great coffee. We will be back if ever in Prescott.

Other than the oatmeal not hot at breakfast, everything else was wonderful. I shared the room with 2 friends, but I chose to sleep on an air mattress. The beds are a little hard for me.

The location is perfect for Prescott Valley. Service desk was very helpful. The room was clean and everything was functioning properly.

This is a nice hotel. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They have a nice pool, a decent fitness room, and it is so close to all the local restaurants. The rooms are clean and comfortable.

This is in my opinion the best Hampton Inn I have stayed at in Arizona. Room was clean and spacious. I liked the parking lot here. It was actually well lit unlike many of the hotel parking lots I have been to. Nice front desk staff. Breakfast was nice too. Staff paid attention to keeping the area clean and restocked. I will be back!

The beds are comfortable, and the suites are very nice. The hotel is also within walking distance of various restaurants. I would highly recommend staying here.

Excellent service. Desk staff has been real nice. The room is more basic than other Hamptons where I've stayed. No microwave and no fridge. Only a shower and no bath tub. That said, it seems​ rather new. And Prescott Valley is a near place with good views. Oh, and there's a great patio with a grill.

Very nice. Clean. Professional staff. Halfway decient free breakfast, which is hard to find. Overall a very good business hotel. There are a few others with slightly better bedding, but this ranks well.

Was a wonderful hotel everything was perfect and great for the price. Full breakfast and the rooms were spacious. Stayed with my family and would recommend to anyone with a family.

Overall a good place to stay. The bed is comfortable and the room was clean and maintained. The breakfast area was a mess when we arrived for breakfast. Though, a girl"s soccer team just finished up eating.

Although we originally stayed in a smaller room for just a few days, an amazing staff member named Myra worked with us and improved our stay ten fold! She upgraded us to a larger, beautiful room and was very welcoming when we wanted to extend our stay! Great experience, and the awesome breakfast everyday is just a cherry on top!

No towels at pool.. and hot tub chlorine strong.. nice rooms, but they said they don't offer extra beds!🤔

I had a family emergency And had to make a series of reservations as things changed. The staff here were very understanding and patient with all the additional room requests. The rooms are comfortable and well supplied. Could use a more comfortable sitting chair and ottoman. Good location to things and restaurants. A movie theater is nearby as well.

Very nice hotel. All employees were very nice and welcoming. The room was very clean and spacious.

The location is excellent, they are located between Old Prescott and Prescott Valley. The service is amazing they promised us a crib and when they didn't have one the manager went out and bought a new one. The breakfast was excellent, they had home made waffles, eggs, sausage, cereal, English muffins, orange juice, apple juice and more. The rooms are all remodeled and modern. The lobby had touch screen computers for anyone to use with Internet. The wifi us fast and works well throughout the whole property. I can't forget how dog friendly they are as well. They have a pet walk that is perfect for walking your dog and playing. I was very impressed overall and will be staying there in the future.

The location is next to most place you need like restaurants event centre etc. The rooms were clean and well thought out. A desk, large TV, comfortable bed and nice bathroom. The free breakfast was good and a nice variety. The staff was pleasant and helpful. I have stayed there many times and will again.

Honest review. Great location and clean rooms. Had a problem with the room key, was locked out for over two hours with all personal belongings inside. Master key did not work, manager had to come all the way down personally to fix the situation with rubber bands and a clothes hanger. He turned the negative situation into a positive one however. Kudos to the manager of this location, he stepped up and made the situation right. True brand ambassador for the Hilton name.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Great views from the rooms. The hotel is in between parts of the city so it feels like you are hidden away. The rooms are very nice. Lots of parking.

Been a customer for years, yes they forgot twice but came when I asked. They are locally owned and that means a lot. The drivers are polite and so is the office staff. Not perfect but who is? Better than a faceless corporation.
