Clean and friendly Mary Winds is the best .
Claudia is awesome!
There are some really helpful caring compassionate people at Spectrum. If you don't get one of them asked to be switched to a better provider! I highly recommend Martha Horton, Greg the case manager?, and Mary Wellman the peer support specialist. She knows how to relate!
I recently started going to the Prescott office and found both the staff and the provider to be courteous and helpful.
They have worked with me and my family for almost a year now and the strides my children have made are beyond amazing. They work with you and your children personally and in your home. I am happy with how personal the councilors can be and their true concern for my children.
I give them three stars, because all I do is get medication.
I too have had good and bad experiences here. If I have problems I try to let them know privately rather than on a place like this. Please give them the benefit of the doubt and a chance to make things right before you go blasting people on a public forum. That said... If we were "positive" we would not need services from Spectrum, now would we?
There are good days and bad. I have had decent service here depending on the week. In the past, when a doctor says they want to see you back in a certain time frame the front desk sets up that appt then.... no longer is this available, nor do you get a call for a reminder. As a mother of a child with ADHD, working full time and a family, let me tell you it's difficult to pause time out of your day to remember (2 weeks BEFORE the time frame the dr wants to see you next) to set up the next visit. But what makes it worse is when you can't call to set it up because "the schedule isn't available yet.." then it's like pulling teeth to get in. After that, I'm left with my son running out of his medication because there is only one doctor available to help with children's meds???? I can attempt for a walk-in but it always seems to be in another town and I risk the doctor leaving early... There are some serious scheduling problems here, and the policies make it difficult for parents to refill prescriptions. exp, My son has to be present, and even though there is a current appointment for the following week, I can not refill his meds before the appointment...
I wonder if the people who left rotten reviews just happen to have skewed perception, or they present themselves in a negative way, or they're not respectful in the first place. * Because you get what you GIVE in most cases *. Who else is tired of whining, "entitled" people who think that no matter how they act, the world owes them something special. - Things don't always go your way, so try to realize that to the best of your ability. As a rule, no one is out to get you unless you've given them A REASON! Look for the positive things and stop looking for, or even making up reasons to WHINE. Some people are just NEVER HAPPY. I recommend Midol. ........................................................................................................................... Sooooo, the review: I have been here (even when it was the Verde Valley Guidance Clinic over by the little, old Marcus J. Lawrence Hospital!) several times over the years, but I moved a lot, so I wasn't very consistent. I am more settled and consistent now. Every single time I have been here over the years, the experience has been positive. I've always been treated with dignity and respect. Maybe because I treat others the same way. I have NOTHING negative to say at all!
I've worked with Spectrum Healthcare Group since 2009. I've been consistently impressed with the level of compassion and quality care delivered by staff there. The company is lead by teams that deliver exceptional care every day.
I have worked here about 3 years now and I LOVE it! As HR Director, I am very grateful to be working with so many wonderful, caring people. All of our 165 plus employees are doing their best on a daily basis to improve the lives of our clients. And I'm not just an employee - my son has been going to Dr. Jura for 10 years now - best pediatrician in the area!
I would give 6 stars if I could. They worked me in the same day and really took time to listen to me. I really love Spectrum!
